1) DID YOU PRESENT AN ABSTRACT AT A RECENT COA MEETING?
The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery British Volume JBJS(Br) has recently published the Proceedings Supplement I with their April 2008 JBJS(Br) issue. The Proceedings Supplement includes published abstracts from the 2003-2006 COA/CORS Annual Meetings. The abstracts will also appear on the JBJS(Br)'s web site at: http://proceedings.jbjs.org.uk/ You may sign up to be alerted by e-mail when a new issue of Proceedings is online, which will inform you which meeting abstracts are included in the edition: http://proceedings.jbjs.org.uk/cgi/alerts/etoc
2) ABC FELLOWSHIP - MAY 16 APPLICATION DEADLINE
Members who are interested in the ABC Travelling Fellowship should send in their applications by May 16, 2008. This Fellowship is open to orthopaedic surgeons who are under the age of 45. 3) KEEPING CANADIANS MOVING - HIP HIP HOORAY!
The 2008 Hip Hip Hooray! campaign is just a few days away. On Sunday, May 25th (dates in some communities differ), 28 communities across Canada will be celebrating lifelong bone and joint health. Join the event in your community and demonstrate the benefits of orthopaedic surgery in improving quality of life.

4) COA BUSINESS MEETING - JUNE 5
This year's Annual Business Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 5 at 10:15 in room 301A of the Québec City Convention Centre. All COA members are asked to attend this meeting to receive and consider the financial statements, the auditor's report, to elect the Association's directors and other committee members, authorize a change to the by-laws, and to discuss other pertinent COA business matters. Open discussion is encouraged. This is your opportunity to bring your suggestions in person to the COA Executive.
5) HOTELS AVAILABLE IN OLD QUÉBEC

7) GROUND TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM QUEBEC CITY AIRPORT
The Québec City airport offers ground transportation to downtown via car rental, limo and taxi service. Taxis are available on a first come, first serve basis outside Baggage Claim. Reservations can be made in advance through the following transportation companies:
