Comprehensive knee fellowships are now available at the University of Ottawa under the supervision of Dr. Geoffrey Dervin.  The postgraduate fellow will treat the gamut of knee pathology with meniscal and articular cartilage repair along with single and multiple ligament reconstruction, and progressive arthritis with osteotomy, unicompartment replacement and total knee replacement.  

The fellow will also be expected to participate in research at a significant level and those fellows with aspirations of further academic careers will be encouraged. Preference will be given twelve month duration although six month postings can be arranged if available.

Funding will be consistent with salary at the PGY-6 level as per the Province of Ontario and the source of funding is expected to be billings for Canadian graduates and other industry and scholarships for foreign graduates if available.
