The COA is an accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. We are able to accredit programs developed by others as well as our own.

As an accredited provider, the Canadian Orthopaedic Association (COA) can approve or co-sponsor specific CPD activities for Section 1 credit in the Maintenance of Certification (MoC) programme of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC). The COA is able to accredit orthopaedic programmes developed by corporations and not-for-profit organizations, thereby providing more accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities for its members.
