Dr. John Antoniou Becomes the New Editor-in-Chief

Dr. Emil H. Schemitsch became the COA Bulletin's Editor in Chief in 2001.

It's been my great pleasure serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the COA Bulletin over these past eight years. I'm passing the torch along to Dr. John Antoniou of McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. Many of you are familiar with John's work as the Bulletin's Scientific Editor - a role he's maintained for several years now establishing the Themes and Forum sections of the journal.

Please join me in welcoming John as our new Editor. Members are invited to send him any feedback about the Bulletin through the COA office.

Thank you all for your support and contributions to our Associations' journal throughout my tenure.

We regret that emails asking for surgical advice or sources of surgical information are not answered. Under the Canada Health Act, all patients must be referred to an orthopaedic surgeon by a family physician, therefore the COA cannot provide any surgical referrals.
